Research AI is a learning decision support tool. It uses AI to evaluate whether a topic is worth your time based on information available at the time of the query.

It does not provide professional, career, financial, medical, or legal advice. All verdicts, scores, and routes are for informational and educational purposes only.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it. XingAI makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or fitness of any content.

You agree not to use Research AI to:

• Submit queries that violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Generate content intended to deceive others.

The Research AI interface, design, and code are owned by XingAI. Query results are generated dynamically and are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XingAI and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Research AI is not directed at children under 13. By using the service you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XingAI, its affiliates, and contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or reliance on AI-generated output.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

Research AI 인터페이스·디자인·코드는 XingAI 소유입니다. 결과는 개인·비상업적 용도로 제공됩니다.

법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 XingAI 및 기여자는 서비스 사용으로 인한 직·간접·부수·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

약관을 수시로 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 변경 후 계속 사용하면 업데이트된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 사용 시 최소 13세(또는 해당 관할 최소 연령) 이상임을 진술합니다.

서비스 오용, 약관 위반, AI 출력 의존으로 발생하는 청구·손해·비용에 대해 XingAI 및 관련자를 면책·보호합니다.

본 약관은 미국 및 델라웨어주 법률의 적용을 받습니다(거주국 강행 소비자 보호법이 우선하는 경우 제외).
